Established in 2017, Final Draft Brewing Company is a full service brewpub featuring 24 rotating in house beers on tap and a full food menu including burgers, salads, sandwiches, wraps, fish & chips & more.

Indoor corn hole courts, big screen tv’s,  exposed HVAC and an open area brewhouse located directly behind the bar are all elements that make Final Draft Brewing the “go-to” location in downtown Redding.

We take pride in crafting a wide variety beer styles. You can find everything from Pilsners to Blondes, IPA’s, Browns, Stouts and Porters. We also love to experiment and come up with interesting styles like fruited beers, sours, belgians and more.
